Lin Guisheng, the founder of the old Shanghai beach youth gang, has successively been the eldest of Zhang renkui, Huang Jinrong, Zhang Xiaolin and Du Yuesheng.
1. The founder of the old Shanghai youth gang was Lin Guisheng:
Born in Suzhou, Lin Guisheng came to Shanghai in his twenties and opened a brothel. Later, he married Huang Jinrong. Lin Guisheng finally lived in seclusion in the old house on Ximo road in Shanghai and died alone in 1981.
The shrewd Lin Guisheng discussed with Huang Jinrong and openly recruited disciples from all over Shanghai based on the sixteen shops in the "three no matter areas". 2. Zhang renkui - leader of the old Shanghai Youth Gang:
Zhang renkui (1865-1944), also known as Zhang Jinhu. Born in shenzhuang village, Teng County, Shandong Province (now shenzhuang village, Shanting District, Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province), with the word Jinhu (also known as Jinghu). 3. Huang Jinrong - leader of the old Shanghai Youth Gang:
Huang Jinrong (1868-june 20, 1953), whose ancestral home is Yuyao, Zhejiang Province, was born in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province. The famous leader of the youth gang in old Shanghai.
In early years, he was apprenticed at a painting shop in Town God's Temple, Shanghai. In 1892, she went on patrol in Shanghai's French Concession until she became the only Chinese inspector in the police department.
Later, he colluded with imperialism, bureaucrats and politicians to develop the forces of feudal gangs, and became the largest leader of the Shanghai Youth Gang, with more than 1000 disciples, manipulating gambling and other criminal activities.
In 1927, the Chinese people's Congress was organized to participate in the "April 12" counter revolutionary coup and massacre the Communists and revolutionary masses. In the same year, he resigned from the post of inspector general of patrol house in the French concession.
In 1928, he was appointed by Chiang Kai Shek as major general counsellor of the national government and counsellor of the Executive Yuan. During the Anti Japanese War, he lived in Shanghai and refused to take up a false post. After the victory of the Anti Japanese War, he resumed his gang activities, but his power declined and his position was replaced by Du Yuesheng.
On June 20, 1953, he made a curtain call at the Yellow residence in Shanghai. He was 85 years old.
4. Zhang Xiaolin - leader of the old Shanghai Youth Gang:
Zhang Xiaolin, formerly known as Zhang Xiaolin, from Cixi, Zhejiang Province, is the leader of the youth gang in old Shanghai. He sells opium and forces good people into prostitution. He is known as the "three tycoons of Shanghai" together with Huang Jinrong and Du Yuesheng.
During the counter revolutionary coup of April 12, 1927, the Communists and revolutionary masses were slaughtered.
In 1937, the Japanese invaders launched the August 13 incident. Zhang Xiaolin publicly surrendered to the enemy and became a traitor. 5. Du Yuesheng, the leader of the old Shanghai Youth Gang:
Du Yuesheng (1888-august 16, 1951), male, formerly known as Du Yuesheng, was later renamed Yong at the suggestion of Zhang Taiyan. He was born in Chuansha, Jiangsu (now Pudong New Area of Shanghai). He was a member of the modern Shanghai youth gang.
In 1902, when Du Yuesheng entered, he was Huang Jinrong residence, the leader of the Green Gang in Shanghai, and was responsible for operating the casino "Gongxing club" in the French concession.
In July 1925, Du Yuesheng established the "Sanxin company" to monopolize the delivery of opium in the concession.
In April 1927, Du Yuesheng, Huang Jinrong and Zhang Xiaolin organized the China common progress meeting.
In 1929, Du Yuesheng served as the Chinese director of the public Council, which was the highest position of Chinese in the French concession.
In 1929, Du Yuesheng founded Zhonghui bank and set foot in Shanghai's financial industry.
In April 1949, Du Yuesheng went to Hong Kong. On August 16, 1951, he died of illness in Hong Kong at the age of 63.
