Chair sees a “change of spirit” in the industrial goods negotiations

After four intensive days of consultations, the chairman of the industrial goods negotiations, Ambassador Luzius Wasescha, on 20 January talked about a “change of spirit” in the talks and saw “the beginning of what might evolve into the final face of the negotiations”. He encouraged members to continue work among themselves for a revised text on the parameters of the final agreement.
